How we research
Local claims are checked against primary sources such as the City of Phoenix, Arizona Registrar of Contractors, Arizona Attorney General, EPA and other public authorities. Community discussions may be used to identify recurring questions, but anonymous anecdotes are not treated as verified facts.
What we will not claim
We do not manufacture reviews, homeowner stories, prices, arrival times, licenses, guarantees or insurance-coverage promises. When a subject requires a specialist or falls outside ordinary water restoration, we say so.
