Before agreeing to a price
Arizona ROC recommends written estimates and detailed contracts. For restoration work, ask whether the proposed price or authorization covers only emergency mitigation, also includes material removal, includes monitoring, and/or includes reconstruction. Those are different scopes. Avoid treating a single advertised number as the expected final cost of an unknown loss.
Why we do not publish a made-up “Phoenix average”
Current search results show widely different Phoenix price ranges from different publishers and contractors. Without our own auditable local job dataset, repeating one of those figures as if it were a Desert Water Help benchmark would create false precision. A useful estimate should identify the affected area, materials, water source, extraction/drying scope, monitoring, removals and whether reconstruction is included.
